Technical support helps our customers identify issues and optimize processes. Our lab can provide customers with pad surface analysis including pad groove physical measure, SEM image and roughness check. Our lab can also help customers to check disk cutting rate and SEM image. Besides the data analysis, our product experts can help customers to identify issues and optimize the working process. 

Application Support
APPLICATION Support

 

Application support is on-site support to help our customers solve issues and take improvement actions. For the new product’s quality, we can do the on-site support to help customers to collect data and do the data analysis. With mass production, our application engineer will on-site to co-work with our customer engineer to solve the issues and optimize the process if needed.

Quality control
QUALITY Control

 

Quality control aims to control our parts supplier with higher quality criteria to ensure zero defects for our products. Our quality control is to filter our defect products the first time before shipping to our customer, and will auto-monitor our products’ performance by SPC systems. To ensure zero defects of our products, all of our control limit will be reviewed quarterly and tightened for key parameters. It is not allowed to waive any products with defects to our customers.

Logistics management
LOGISTICS Management

 

Logistics is to make sure our shipments are fast and with enough stock for our customers’ requests. We have warehouse to stock our products and can serve our customers as soon as they need us. Our logistics will ensure our samples and customer orders are delivered as soon as possible.
